01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "luck333" / "the Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the luck333 online gaming and sports betting service accessible at luck333.pro and all associated sub-domains and mobile browser interfaces.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the luck333 platform in any capacity, whether as a registered account holder or as a guest browser.
• "Account" refers to a registered luck333 user account created with a unique username, password, and verified Pakistan mobile number.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a registered luck333 account, used for deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a User on any luck333 gaming or sports betting product, including but not limited to PSL Betting, live casino tables, Jackpot Slots, and Cockfighting.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional PKR credits or free bet allocations granted by luck333 to a User's account, subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Pakistan" / "Pakistan Player" refers to users accessing luck333 from within the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "PKT" refers to Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5), the timezone used for all luck333 operational references including support response times and transaction timestamps.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing luck333, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You have read and accepted the luck333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities according to the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Acceptance of these terms is ongoing — continued use of luck333 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms as described in Section 15.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

luck333 is strictly available to individuals aged 18 years or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and uniformly enforced across all Pakistan users and all platform features. luck333 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account relationship. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately suspended, all PKR funds will be placed under review, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one active luck333 account. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — including accounts under different names, email addresses, or Pakistan mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, all PKR balances reviewed, and all bonuses void.

3.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your luck333 account, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the account lifetime. Updates to registered details must be made via Account Settings or by contacting luck333 support at [email protected].

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck333 username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. luck333 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential security. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.

04 Account Management

Your luck333 account is personal and non-transferable. The following account management rules apply to all Pakistan users:

• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your luck333 account or any portion of your PKR wallet to another person.
• luck333 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months may result in the application of a monthly maintenance fee of 200 PKR against your PKR wallet balance, provided the balance exceeds 200 PKR. Accounts with a zero PKR balance inactive for 24 months may be archived.
• You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any settled PKR balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

5.1 Deposits

luck333 accepts PKR deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. The minimum single deposit is 500 PKR. luck333 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise confirmed through account verification. The minimum single withdrawal is 1,000 PKR. luck333 processes Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, or MCB typically complete within the same business day during Pakistan banking hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

luck333 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large PKR amounts, or accounts where unusual activity has been detected. Verification requests must be responded to within 14 calendar days or the withdrawal request will be cancelled and returned to the PKR wallet.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

luck333 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts not registered in the User's own name. Any transaction identified as originating from or destined for a third-party account will be reversed and the associated luck333 account suspended pending investigation.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all luck333 betting and gaming products. Game-specific rules are available within each product section on the platform.

• All bets must be placed using cleared PKR funds in your luck333 wallet. Bets placed using pending or uncleared deposits are void.
• Confirmed and settled bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User once the betting window for that round or event has closed.
• luck333 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed after the event outcome has been determined, or bets placed where a technical fault affected the market.
• PSL Betting markets follow the official HBL Pakistan Super League match results as published by the PCB. In-play markets close at the moment luck333's system confirms event commencement.
• Cockfighting session results are determined by the outcome of the live session as broadcast. luck333 will void Cockfighting bets only where the entire session is abandoned before a result is declared.
• Jackpot Slots and other random number generation games use certified RNG systems. Results are independently determined per spin. luck333 does not guarantee any outcome frequency, session win rate, or progressive jackpot trigger timeline.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each luck333 product are displayed within the product interface. These limits may vary by table, session, or promotional period.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

luck333 may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional PKR credits to Users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. The following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money PKR funds. Real-money PKR is wagered first; bonus funds are wagered when the real-money PKR balance reaches zero, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real PKR through fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal request can include those funds.
• luck333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or reclaim bonus funds at any time where abuse, circumvention, or technical error is suspected.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus PKR at the rate specified in the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount.

08 Responsible Gaming

luck333 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Pakistan users seriously. The following tools are available to all registered account holders via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Session Limits: Restrict continuous play time per session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold per defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: Suspend access to your luck333 account for a defined period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all luck333 gambling features. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

Once activated, responsible gaming limits are binding. luck333 will not override a self-exclusion or reduce a deposit limit at the User's request during the active period. For guidance, visit the Responsible Gaming page.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on luck333 — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, game interfaces, text content, graphics, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of luck333 or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any luck333 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any luck333 software.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access, collect, or process luck333 content or data.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the luck333 platform on any other website or application without express written consent.

10 Privacy & Data

luck333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at luck333.pro/privacy-policy. By registering a luck333 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include:

• Account registration and identity verification data (name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, email).
• PKR transaction records for audit, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Betting and gaming history for account management and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Device and session data for security monitoring and platform improvement.

luck333 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luck333 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of PKR funds, winnings, or bonuses resulting from circumstances beyond luck333's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, payment system failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the luck333 platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, scores, or other data displayed on luck333 that originates from third-party data providers.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including unauthorised access resulting from shared or compromised credentials.

luck333's total liability to any User for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total PKR deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luck333 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated PKR funds:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted software to place bets or interact with any luck333 game.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live dealer environments or multi-player games.
• Exploiting identified software bugs or RNG anomalies for profit — any such exploitation must be reported to luck333 support immediately.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using luck333 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Creating or operating multiple luck333 accounts for any purpose including circumvention of responsible gaming tools.
• Using false identity documentation or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the luck333 platform, servers, or the experience of other users.

13 Account Closure & Suspension

luck333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is identified or suspected.
• The account holder is confirmed to be under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation is detected.
• A self-exclusion request is received from the account holder or a recognised third-party welfare organisation.
• The account is subject to a court order, regulator direction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed due to User breach, luck333 reserves the right to withhold all PKR balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed at luck333's discretion for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to User breach, any verified PKR balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within 14 business days.

14 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, transaction, or account action taken by luck333, the following process applies:

1. Contact Support First: Submit your dispute to [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the event in question. Include your registered username, the date and time of the disputed event (PKT), and a clear description of the issue. luck333 aims to acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours PKT.
2. Internal Review: luck333's disputes team will review the submission and provide a formal response within 7 business days. Where additional time is required, luck333 will notify you of the extended timeline and reason.
3. Final Decision: luck333's decision on bet-related disputes is final where the dispute relates to the application of official game rules or betting regulations. luck333 will provide a written explanation of any final decision.

luck333 makes no representation that its dispute process constitutes formal arbitration or legal proceedings. Users retain their rights to seek independent legal recourse as permitted by applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

luck333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to material changes:

• luck333 will publish the amended Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised effective date.
• For material changes affecting user rights, payments, or responsible gaming provisions, luck333 will send a notification to the registered email address of all active account holders at least 14 days before the amendment takes effect.
• Continued use of luck333 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using luck333 and may request account closure prior to the effective date to receive any outstanding verified PKR balance.
